Notes:

1. For considering age groups cut off date is 01st january’ 2012.
2. Skater must carry proof of age and must present if demanded.
3. A skater can take part in one of the speed catogeries and roller hockey.
4. Competitors must wear their club dress and hard helmet.
5. Competitors must be ready to compete with there skates on at the reporting time.
6. Organisers are not responsible for any mishap during the conduct of the event.
7. Any complain or suggestion must be enrouted through your respective coach only.
8. Final decision in case of dispute will be taken by offical and will be binding to all.
9. Entry fees is rs.600/- per participant. ( speed, artistic and hockey seprate )
10. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
11. The schedule can be changed if required and will be informed to club representative.
12. Participants must observe decipline during the competition in respect of noise, littering, damaging property, etc.
13. Cash rewards for club:
    Points add to club by skater’s over all position – First: 5 Second: 3 Third: 1
    First Prize Rs.10,000/-, Runners Up Rs.7,000/-, Second Runners Up Rs.5,000/-
    Only captain’s medal will be considered in team events.
14. Upper age group is an open age group. I.e. Female has above 14years, quads rubber has above 12 years, & adjustable has above 10 years age group.
15. Roller hockey has two age groups & relay has three age groups with girls & boys participating together.
